Speech & Language Therapy (SLP)
Our pediatric speech-language pathologists provide individualized, evidence based evaluations and treatment plans to facilitate speech, language and communication skills for toddlers, children and young adults. We provide speech and language therapy services to individuals who have difficulty with their ability to pronounce speech sounds, understand language, talk, communicate, swallow, and/or use any part of their speaking mechanism.

Our speech-language pathologists provide individualized therapy for individuals who need assistance in the following areas:

Expressive Language: The ability to express wants, needs, thoughts, or ideas. (i.e., producing words or sign language, combining words to create longer utterances, and using correct grammar).
Pragmatic Language: The ability to appropriately interact & maintain conversations in a social setting by using appropriate social cues, body language, inferencing, & turn taking skills.
Voice: Use appropriate voice quality, pitch, resonance and/or loudness.
Fluency: The ability to produce smooth speech and reduce stuttering (dysfluent) or cluttering moments.
